Rocky Point/Upper Klamath Lake

Klamath Lake/Rocky Point. The legend! This huge body of water is known for its ridiculous genes and immense nutrition. There are times during the year for the abundant fish of the lake to concentrate in particular areas. Let us at Redband Becoming be the one to put you there.

Williamson River

The Williamson River is a spring-fed river whose many hatches create plenty of food for fish to grow big. There’s always fish in the river but nothing like what can happen from May to October. A good portion of the fish that call Upper Klamath Lake home migrate up this river and at times it is absolutely choked. The excitement this river holds justifies why our clients come back year after year.

Wood River

The Wood River is a slow-moving pastureland river with some of the best brown trout fishing in the West.  Its waters are home to deep undercuts that hold resident rainbows and browns as well as migrating redband rainbows from Upper Klamath Lake. If you like hearing your reel scream from the ever-angry brown trout ripping line from it, this is the place to do it.
